The Effects of Our Sin

"Because there is no faithfulness or kindness
Or knowledge of God in the land.
There is swearing, deception, murder, stealing and adultery.
They employ violence, so that bloodshed follows bloodshed.
Therefore the land mourns,
And everyone who lives in it languishes

The Fear of God on Display

This is a Giant Stag Beetle (Lucanus elaphus) in hand. I found it on our property in North Georgia, near Blairsville.

If this creature does not communicate to us that our Creator is a God to be feared, I don't know what will.
